I believe that wellness is about balance and that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition and fitness. With 20+ years of experience in the field, I specialize in empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through a tailored approach of one-on-one macro coaching, movement and strength training.
My journey into the world of macro nutrition began with a deep-rooted curiosity about the impact of food on our bodies and overall well-being. I pursued extensive education in macro coaching through The Macro University Course and NASM-CPT (along with countess fitness programming certifications and experience). This knowledge forms the foundation of my practice, enabling me to provide evidence-based guidance and support.
I want to help people find results and a sustainable path when it comes to food and fitness. I am in the business of empowering women to regain their self-image and confidence while reducing unnecessary restrictions on the food people love!
