All workouts are created as progressive overload - meaning the workouts stay the same each week throughout the program and your goal is to lift heavier each week. It is up to you to record the weight in the Trainerize app that you will receive access to through this program.
There are 3 or 5 days a week training options. All programs are 4 or 6 weeks in length.
*There is no customized programming.
*Option for Home or Gym - if choosing Home option you must have dumbbells, bands and a bench.
*Must give 30 day notice to cancel.
